Dynamic Microsite and Promo Management for Hungry Jack’s UNO

Promotion Overview

Since 2022, we have provided the promotional technology for Hungry Jack’s UNO campaign through KOHub, served via iFrame. In 2024, we took our involvement to the next level by designing and building a dedicated promotional microsite.The site featured dynamic UNO-themed elements, including animations for winners and second-chance draw entries, a live prize counter, and a real-time location map. It also facilitated over 70 different prize variations, ranging from instant digital vouchers to major physical prizes requiring multiple fulfilment steps, such as the MG3 car giveaway.This campaign aimed to drive purchase and repeat purchase by delivering an engaging and seamless digital experience while handling large-scale prize fulfilment.

Our Role

We developed a custom promotional hub for Hungry Jack’s that managed multiple prize flows and adapted to UNO label codes. The platform delivered personalised eDM variations to enhance customer engagement and integrated with Hungry Jack’s CRM to streamline customer data. To ensure a seamless experience, we also provided real-time customer service support via Zendesk.With high traffic and aggressive promotional targets, the microsite was built for peak performance, delivering thousands of simultaneous user interactions at blazing speeds.

Results & Impact

The campaign saw over hundreds of thousands of non-food prizes distributed through KOHub. As one of our highest-visited sites of the year, our microsite successfully handled large-scale engagement while maintaining a seamless user experience. Supporting one of Australia’s biggest promotions reinforced our expertise in delivering high-performance digital solutions for major brands.
