KO collaborated with Communicado to launch an exciting new promotion for Pepsi, giving customers the chance to win thousands of exclusive Pepsi-branded items. The promotion was designed to drive purchases at Woolworths by integrating a gamified experience that rewarded customers for their participation.
To enter, customers needed to purchase a qualifying Pepsi product from Woolworths and upload their receipt online. Once the receipt was submitted, the site determined the number of spins the customer received, adding an element of excitement to the experience.
With a sleek and dynamic microsite, this promotion combined advanced automated receipt OCR, engaging animations, interactive gamification, and a seamless instant win system to create an immersive brand experience.
Our Role
KO developed and launched the promotional microsite, ensuring a smooth user experience from entry submission to prize redemption. The platform integrated automated receipt OCR technology to validate purchases instantly and reward the consumer with a scaled amount of spins based on the receipt data. From there the Pepsi branded spin wheel displayed the results of each spin and the KOHub instant win system ensured that winners were notified immediately, creating excitement and encouraging repeat participation.
